The new job market has forever changed

PBS News Hour interviews "Sudhir Venkatesh on the New Meaning of  a job market Recovery".   Peoples perception has changed as how people  and companies re-define what their relationship is between employers and workers .  The future includes more subcontractors and less of the long-term IBM "for life" type of worker.
